Recently, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of fans attending the Kansas City football games. The Chiefs are playing exceptionally throughout this 23’ season, though that is not the cause of their growing fan base. This newfound popularity is due to famous singer Taylor Swift. 

At previous games, Swift has been reported being seen in the Chief’s audience cheering for a special someone,Travis Kelce. Kelce, who is currently a tight end for the Chiefs. He has helped the Chiefs to win two Super Bowls and has set the record for most receiving yards ever by a tight end. His accomplishments are highly regarded by the NFL and his name is known throughout the football nation. 

Swift and Kelce’s chemistry is unmatched. Fans can’t get enough of the couple’s affection towards each other. They first interacted at Swift’s Eras Tour, where Kelce attempted to give Swift his number on a bracelet. She did not accept it, but it seems like she had a change in heart. Swift was later spotted at Kelce’s game. She was seen hugging Kelce’s mother in a box suite. People’s Magazine and E! have been trying their best to figure out how close they are, but they just recently came out as a couple! 

So what is her attendance doing for the Chief’s? Her being present at the games has led  ticket sales and attendance to skyrocket.Knowing the game or not, Swifties are out there in the stands cheering. Many of them holding up handmade posters they made with Taylor’s name on it.
